It is our mission to empower farmers. Rovirosa Farms is a nursery that specializes in cultivating truffle-inoculated pecans, drought-tolerant truffle-inoculated pines and oaks, and water-efficient pistachios. We believe that our products enable farmers to thrive despite the challenges of an unpredictable climate and volatile market prices. As a fifth-generation farmer in New Mexico, I’m personally familiar with both, and founded Rovirosa farms on the belief that farmers can continue to feed the world and adapt to a hotter, drier climate while achieving greater profitability.
